Dans le cadre d’un projet chez l’un de nos principaux clients, nous recherchons un Consultant technique SAP
Job description
The domain ofactivity is the SAP & IBM Support & Services activities.
The aims of this service are:
1.To assume the management and the follow-up of all the Manufacturing applications of SAP & IBM environment
2.To provide the technical & operational support for all the people who realize Development on these environments
3.To treat all the incidents that are allocated to the Support & Service department The technical environment is:
- PC with SAP GUI and Internet Explorer
- SAP R/3 and IBM accesses
- ABAP4 & Cobol (DL1 & DB2),
- A complex architecture due to an interconnection of many systems The service will be rendered while respecting the constraints of security and confidentiality related to these environments (technical data).
WP Objectives To perform all the activities attached at the Support & Services department regarding the management of the jobs and the technical environment To treat the technical incidents regarding these activities.

Activities

IBM environment:
- Follow-up of the Manufacturing exploitation:
- Analyze the cancelled jobs
- Re-launch the not achieved jobs
- Update the contain of the jobs if not correct
- Follow-up of incidents
- Allocate the incidents to the solving group
- Follow-up the solving level of all Manufacturing incident
- Treat the operating incident that Support & Services department is responsible
- Analyze the system environment for Manufacturing:
- Follow-up the disk space allocated to Manufacturing application
- Optimize this disk space
- Apply the OITO instructions to Manufacturing jobs
- Assume the support for development teams regarding the job activity.
- Analyze and update the jobs
- Apply the corrections asked by OITO
- Assume the moving in Production of the jobs for development teams

SAP environment:
- Transport management:
- Analyze & transport the modification orders
- OSS notes
- Apply the modifications on the SAP modules attached to the application of OSS notes
- Collect all the modification orders from SAP for application in Airbus environment
- Apply the OSS notes on Airbus environments
- Assume the support for development teams regarding the job activity.
- Analyze, create and update the jobs in SAP environment
- Define the scheduling of the SAP jobs for Manufacturing development teams
- Follow-up of the general scheduling for all Manufacturing jobs
- Follow-up of the SAP Manufacturing exploitation:
- Analyze the cancelled jobs.
- Follow SAP locks and Updates (using SM12 & SM13 transactions)
- Re-launch the not achieved jobs
- Update and create batch jobs
- Control the SAP Manufacturing activity (via SM66 transaction)
- Follow-up the user activity (response time, availability of application)
