Je recherche de toute urgence pour un de mes clients, un Responsable Qualité maîtrisant parfaitement la langue anglaise.
The QA Manager primarily ensures a culture that is oriented towards quality and productivity within the assigned program. This individual ensures the standardization of a program’s processes and the QA team's performance and planning. He manages the Q&A team.

SKILLS
• Leadership and Project Management skills
• Verbal and written English skills
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Web design and development
• Test execution (manual and/or automatic)
• Process improvement methodologies
• Advanced user level computer knowledge
• Advanced MS Office knowledge

RESPONSABILITIES
• Supervise the team’s performance to achieve client and internal metrics
• Create reports to measure channel metrics (attendance, SLA’s, etc.), and coordinate improvement activities if they fall below targets
• Coordinate meetings with the Channel Directors in order to review quarterly results
• Coordinate internal calibration sessions with BCMs
• Periodically review and audit Channel workflows and promote improvement
• Handle clients’ and customers’ concerns and issues related to the service being provided
• Manage account issues in order to improve agencies’ performance
• Negotiate prices, SLA’s, and/or new services with current or potential clients to increase the company’s revenues
• Identify relevant quality-related training needs (Department and Channel) and coordinate with internal training organization
• Coordinate QA Team Leader responsibilities and adjust if necessary
